If for whatever reason your dog doesn't need a walk and you are out all day, Initial Consultation A consultation visit in your home is made before confirmation of a booking. This consultation is free of charge.
During this visit we can discuss the level of care you need, answer any questions you may have, take details
of your requirements, and complete our paperwork which include veterinary release forms. and last but
not least meet your dog!. Medication We are able to give your pets oral medication and are also experienced in adminstering diabetic insulin injections.
Keys We can retain your house keys and keep them safe and secure, or you can chose to have them returned, Special Requirements If you cannot see a service that meets with the level of care you require,
maybe a comfort break is what you are looking for.
We will visit your dog, let him/her out to relieve themselves and spend some quality time with them
to break up their day. We will ensure there is a fresh supply of water and give a treat if appropriate.
Your dog will be visited by the same carer on every visit, our carers are dog lovers and either own or have owned a dog
and are fully insured and police checked.

If you choose to leave your keys with us, we can just be a telephone call away should any emergency situation arise.
When not in use, keys are locked away safe and sound, the only way to identify the key would be the pets name,
we do not keep addresses or telephone numbers on the key tags.
We do not charge for collection or delivery of keys.
